hopw baking is a precise science and yet you can let your creativity flow
into your mixing bowl.
We are a cake family. I remember most, if not all, of our family occasion
have a cake as centerpiece. I even remember that on my first birthday I
even had 3 cakes! Heehee. Good thing, I didn’t pass out from too much
excitement and sugar.
So for a 25-year-old MassComm graduate like me, the next best thing to
having seeing gorgeous cakes and smelling the sweet aroma of baking bread
everyday is to work for one.
I am applying for a Marketing Assistant into an upscale patisserie.
Wish me luck. May the God of Baking, look unto me.

I am a frustrated baker. I love how a baker can transform seemingly simple
kitchen staples into a scrumptious mood altering pastries and cakes. I love
